Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Participate in the design and implementation of smaller-scale network infrastructure projects.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures to ensure team alignment.
- Support incident response efforts by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support system integrations and upgrades.
- Perform regular security audits and patch management to maintain robust network defenses.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of network monitoring tools and automation scripts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP).
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, or similar).
- Understanding of network security principles and basic firewall administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Entry-level certification such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ is highly desirable.
