Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Configure and optimize network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions
- Document network configurations, procedures, and create technical documentation
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior network engineers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering with hands-on infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols
- Proficiency in network security practices and threat mitigation strategies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
