Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage and support Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Monitor network systems and server performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or potential issues.
- Implement and manage security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists to protect company data and assets.
- Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery drills, and patch management for servers and networking equipment.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated network and infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Document network configurations, diagrams, procedures, and policies for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including new site setups, hardware refreshes, and cloud migrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in network administration and engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, or Juniper networking devices. Familiarity with SD-WAN is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft Server environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and Office 365 administration.
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP) and network security principles.
- Experience with firewall management (Fortinet, Palo Alto, pfSense).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
