Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network health, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Assist in the configuration and installation of routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Perform troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues and technical faults for internal staff and systems.
- Manage basic network security protocols and assist in performing regular system backups.
- Document network procedures, configurations, and inventory assets accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineering staff on infrastructure upgrades and network expansion projects.
- Provide prompt technical support and escalate complex issues to senior team members when required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in network administration or a related IT support role.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN concepts.
- Hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP is a plus).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose technical issues under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Professional certification such as CCNA or equivalent is highly preferred.
