Xurpas Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Engineer specializing in Riverbed WAN Optimization to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the peak performance, reliability, and security of our wide-area network architecture.

Tanggung Jawab
- Configure, manage, and optimize Riverbed SteelHead appliances to improve WAN performance.
- Monitor network bandwidth utilization and implement traffic shaping and QoS policies.
- Perform deep-packet inspection and troubleshooting to resolve latency, jitter, and packet loss issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network scaling projects.
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation and update configuration standards.
- Participate in early shift operational duties to ensure global network uptime.
- Conduct regular health checks and vulnerability assessments on network infrastructure.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network connectivity incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in network engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Riverbed WAN Optimization technologies is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and switching technologies.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment and familiarity with early-shift operational requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Riverbed Certified Performance Professional) are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a contract-based capacity.
