Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade WiFi networks and wireless LAN (WLAN) environments.
- Conduct network audits, performance analysis, and capacity planning to ensure optimal throughput and coverage.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues, security breaches, and hardware failures with minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage network security protocols, including encryption and access control policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to upgrade and install new network equipment.
- Monitor network traffic and logs to proactively identify potential issues and optimize network resources.
- Document network configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in CCNA, CCNP, Aruba, or HP ProCurve is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of wireless networking technologies (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards).
- Experience with Cisco, Huawei, or Aruba wireless controllers and access points.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid Pass or Citizenship in Singapore.
