Are you a hands-on technical expert passionate about telecommunications infrastructure? Asticom is looking for a skilled Network Field Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Butuan City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our wireless network operations, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for our clients.
As a Field Engineer, you will be deployed to various sites to conduct Radio Frequency (RF) testing, troubleshooting, and optimization. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a field-based environment and is dedicated to maintaining high network availability standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on wireless network infrastructure.
- Conduct Radio Frequency (RF) site surveys and signal strength analysis to ensure optimal coverage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues and hardware failures in the field.
- Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) to implement network upgrades and software patches.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on site status, performance metrics, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and technical standards during all field operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new wireless network components and optimize existing hardware.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Field Engineer, specifically within the Telecommunications sector.
- Strong technical expertise in RF optimization, wireless network troubleshooting, and site integration.
- Familiarity with standard telecom tools (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, Site Masters).
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently in remote or field locations.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required by project demands.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and technical documentation.
