Tanggung Jawab
- Perform Pre-Deployment Assessment Tests (PAT) to ensure site readiness and compliance.
- Validate company assets and ensure proper documentation and tracking.
- Execute site preparation and construction activities according to technical standards.
- Monitor network performance in the field and troubleshoot technical issues immediately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher management or engineering teams promptly.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Valid NTC (National Telecommunications Commission) license is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in field engineering, site preparation, or telecom infrastructure.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a field environment.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to travel within the Bohol and Negros Occidental regions as needed.
