We are seeking a highly skilled Network Implementation Engineer to join our Singapore team to architect, deploy, and scale the physical network systems that power our suite of world-class applications.
In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between high-level network design and physical execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust, low-latency, and highly available network solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the deployment and commissioning of physical network infrastructure across regional data centers and PoPs.
- Collaborate with network architects to translate logical network designs into precise physical implementation plans.
- Configure and troubleshoot high-performance routing and switching hardware, ensuring optimal physical connectivity.
- Manage end-to-end site preparation, including rack layout, cabling standards, power requirements, and fiber connectivity.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate performance, latency, and redundancy before production go-live.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for physical network assets, topology maps, and deployment configurations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex physical layer incidents and optimize infrastructure efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data center physical infrastructure, large-scale network deployment, or network engineering.
- Deep understanding of optical networking, fiber optic standards, and high-density cabling management.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade networking hardware (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or Whitebox switches).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (Python/Bash) for automation and configuration tasks.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot physical layer issues in mission-critical environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships and project timelines effectively.
