Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Support IT infrastructure projects including design, implementation, and testing of new systems
- Proactively troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports for compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network operations with business objectives
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect network assets
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend infrastructure improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in network operations and infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder collaboration
