Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center to ensure maximum network uptime and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network engineers and support staff.
- Develop and execute comprehensive network maintenance and capacity planning strategies.
- Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of fiber optic technologies and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and monitoring tools.
- Proven experience in crisis management and disaster recovery planning.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CCIE are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
