Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network performance and traffic in real-time using specialized monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and service tickets promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics.
- Perform routine network maintenance, patching, and configuration updates.
- Analyze system logs and alerts to predict potential failures and proactively mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement network upgrades and optimizations.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and network configurations for knowledge management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a NOC or Network Operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLAN.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
- Experience with telecom network equipment, preferably Huawei, Cisco, or Ericsson.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by the 24/7 operation.
