Join SEAX MALAYSIA SDN BHD as a Network Operation Engineer and become the backbone of our IT infrastructure. As the first point of contact for all network operations, you'll monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain critical network systems to ensure seamless business continuity. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network performance and health using diagnostic tools to detect anomalies
- Act as primary responder for network incidents, providing Tier-1 support
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network security protocols
- Manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) via CLI and GUI interfaces
- Conduct routine network maintenance and scheduled upgrades
- Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders on network best practices
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and network optimization projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in network operations or technical support
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with network security principles and threat mitigation
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities
