Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily network operations to ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational protocols.
- Manage real-time communication channels between hubs and transport units.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for management review.
- Support the implementation of new logistics software and system upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in network operations, logistics, or transport coordination.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to adapt to operational schedules as required by global network needs.
