As a NOC Engineer at Acquire Intelligence, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our network systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential in identifying and resolving network issues before they impact our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement root cause fixes and provision new services, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and reliable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot network faults and implement root cause fixes
- Provision new network services and configurations
- Document network incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations
- Perform regular maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as needed
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, systems, and infrastructure
- Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
