Join our dynamic IT infrastructure team as a Network Operations Center (NOC) L2 Engineer at Trends Group, Inc. in Makati City. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage and resolve security incidents, vulnerabilities, and system alerts
- Ensure 99.9% network uptime through proactive maintenance and performance optimization
- Implement and maintain IT compliance policies and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during major incident responses
- Document network configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Support system upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network operations or NOC environments
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent network certification preferred
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with security protocols (firewalls, IDS/IPS) and incident response
- Ability to work flexible shifts including on-call rotations
