Join Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), a global leader in container shipping, as a Network Operations Executive in Tanjung Pelepas, Johor. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing the MSC ARO (Application and Resource Optimization) Network Operations to drive operational efficiency and reliability. You will be responsible for maintaining critical network infrastructure, implementing best practices for network security, and ensuring seamless connectivity across our logistics operations. Your expertise will directly support MSC's mission to deliver world-class shipping services while minimizing downtime and maximizing system performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain MSC ARO network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Implement network security protocols and compliance measures to protect sensitive logistics data
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve network incidents and minimize operational disruptions
- Analyze network performance metrics to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and execute network maintenance schedules and upgrade plans
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and infrastructure components
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a logistics environment
