- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of network infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and security.
- Develop and implement robust incident management processes, leading troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.
- Manage network monitoring systems, proactively identifying potential issues and optimizing network performance.
- Plan, execute, and oversee network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and enforce network security policies and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for network-related services and equipment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, FortiGate, Cisco ASA), and load balancers.
- Proficiency with Cisco and/or Juniper network devices, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix) and ticketing systems.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
