Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical network issues, providing timely escalations to ensure minimal disruption to logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to manage network upgrades and maintenance schedules.
- Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies for faster connectivity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, incident logs, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware across various distribution hubs and regional centers.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and network safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure management, or a similar technical role.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and common routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting hardware connectivity issues and managing network monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational needs.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are highly preferred.
