BP is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Optimization & NPI Advisor to join our dynamic supply chain team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving end-to-end supply chain excellence, directly impacting our cost efficiency, service levels, and overall data integrity.
As a key member of the organization, you will lead strategic initiatives that optimize our global network while seamlessly integrating new products into our supply chain. You will leverage advanced analytical tools and modeling techniques to optimize BP's complex supply chain network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, manufacturing, commercial, and IT to deliver tangible results that balance cost, service, and carbon footprint. Your ability to translate data into actionable insights will be key to driving value across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end supply chain network optimization projects to enhance overall efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI) across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with commercial, operational, and strategic goals.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify critical opportunities for improvement in service levels, inventory, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics providers, manufacturing sites, and commercial teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant business process methodologies.
- Support the deployment of advanced digital tools and analytics platforms to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with BP's stringent safety, ethics, and data quality standards across all supply chain activities.
- Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations on network performance and optimization opportunities to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or network optimization, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Demonstrated experience in managing New Product Introductions (NPI) and complex, multi-faceted project management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Professional supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, SCOR-P) or Project Management certifications (PMP) are highly regarded.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced planning systems (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder).
