Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement WAN optimization strategies to enhance network performance and reduce latency
- Monitor network traffic, analyze performance metrics, and identify optimization opportunities
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and develop solutions for connectivity challenges
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure network optimization aligns with compliance standards
- Document network architectures, configurations, and performance baselines
- Conduct capacity planning and recommend infrastructure upgrades
- Lead network performance testing and validation of optimization solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering with focus on WAN optimization
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and QoS principles
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions and network virtualization
- Certifications (CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
