Huawei Technologies is seeking a high-caliber Network Presales Engineer to join our MRO ICT MSSD division in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will act as the technical bridge between our innovative networking solutions and our high-value enterprise clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in IP networking to design, articulate, and demonstrate the value of Huawei's cutting-edge infrastructure to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution architectural design, technical proposal development, and active participation in the full sales lifecycle. We are looking for an expert communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts into compelling business outcomes, ensuring Huawei remains the partner of choice for large-scale ICT transformation projects.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead technical solution design for complex IP network projects for large enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver high-impact technical presentations and demonstrations of Huawei's networking portfolio.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and map them to technical solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, RFPs, and RFIs to support the bidding process.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) tests to validate solution effectiveness and reliability.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Manage customer relationships by acting as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or technical presales.
  • Deep understanding of IP networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and enterprise network architecture.
  • Proven track record in solution selling and engaging with large-scale account stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical value to C-level executives.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., HCIP, HCIE, CCNP, or CCIE) are highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines.
