Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of regional/global network infrastructure projects including design, implementation, and optimization
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Implement project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) using tools like Jira and MS Project
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex network infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in project management frameworks (PMP/Prince2 certification preferred)
- Strong understanding of network technologies (SD-WAN, cloud networking, security protocols)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with budget management and resource planning for global projects
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments
