- Oversee and validate fiber optic network designs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on all network plans before implementation.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers and quality assurance staff to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and resolve complex design issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all network projects adhere to safety regulations and technical best practices.
- Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or quality control.
- Strong working knowledge of fiber optic technologies, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Proven experience in leading teams or coaching technical staff effectively.
- Familiarity with network testing tools and network design software.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for cross-team collaboration.
