Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the day-to-day operations, management, and optimization of Palo Alto, Check Point, and Cisco ASA/Firepower firewall environments.
- Serve as the highest level of escalation for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) incidents and service requests.
- Design, implement, and maintain firewall policies, NAT rules, VPNs (IPsec/SSL), and routing protocols (BGP/OSPF) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- Perform deep-dive packet analysis and log correlation to identify, contain, and remediate complex security threats in real-time.
- Develop and manage automation scripts (Python, Ansible, or Terraform) for firewall policy audits and bulk changes to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular security posture assessments, including rule base cleanup, risk analysis, and compliance auditing (PCI-DSS, SOC 2).
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during major security incidents (IR) and change management windows.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to drive the adoption of SASE/Zero Trust strategies across the enterprise.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Network Security Engineering, specifically managing enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, or Fortinet).
- Extensive experience with Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA) including policy configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP) and advanced troubleshooting using Wireshark or tcpdump.
- Industry certifications such as PCNSA/PCNSE, CCNA/CCNP Security, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) for network security tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel) and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a strong plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience working with international clients is advantageous.
