Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network traffic and security appliances to detect and respond to potential threats and anomalies in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security gaps.
- Manage, configure, and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and other critical security infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with IT engineering teams to implement secure network designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans and security documentation.
- Participate in security audits and provide technical support during security-related project deployments.
- Analyze security logs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve overall system hardening.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in network security, administration, or security operations (SOC).
- Strong proficiency with firewall technologies (Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto) and network protocols.
- Solid understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing/switching.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, CCNP Security, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network security issues in a high-uptime environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work rotating shifts.
