Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize telecom network solutions utilizing Huawei equipment.
- Conduct site surveys, manage site acquisition, and oversee installation and commissioning of network infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to plan network expansions and improvements.
- Monitor network performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and network diagrams.
- Provide technical support and training to field engineers and technicians.
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, site engineering, or telecom maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with Huawei network equipment (e.g., routers, switches, transmission, wireless access).
- In-depth knowledge of telecom network technologies (LTE, 5G, IP/MPLS, SDH, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., HCNA, HCNP, CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable.
