Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network incidents including routing, switching, and firewall issues.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, and Aruba.
- Monitor network performance and security using advanced monitoring tools, ensuring maximum uptime and proactive issue detection.
- Design and implement LAN/WAN solutions, VPNs, and network segmentation to meet evolving business and security requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed network diagrams, documentation, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure projects, new site deployments, and system upgrades.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical network issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in network support or network engineering in a managed services or enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and VPN technologies.
- Experience administering firewalls from Fortinet (FortiGate), Cisco (ASA/Firepower), or Palo Alto Networks.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Fortinet NSE 4 are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and provide after-hours support when necessary.
