ST Engineering is looking for a dedicated Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jurong East. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily preventive maintenance and health checks on network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity issues and outages efficiently.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to ensure optimal uptime and security.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports in the CMDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in network support or engineering.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic scripting (Python or Bash) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
