Alabang Country Club Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Network Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our networking infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls, to ensure maximum uptime.
- Provide tier 1 and 2 technical support for end-users, resolving connectivity and hardware issues promptly.
- Perform regular system audits and security patches to safeguard club data and network integrity.
- Configure and manage wireless access points to provide reliable coverage throughout club facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support digital operations and event connectivity requirements.
- Document network configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident reports for future reference.
- Assist in the procurement and setup of new hardware and software as part of IT infrastructure upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in network administration or IT support roles.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network hardware and software issues effectively.
- Experience with network security best practices and firewall management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly preferred.
