ACHIEVE Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Team Lead to join our dynamic team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in managing and maintaining high-security, enterprise-grade network infrastructure. You will drive technical strategy, ensure system reliability, and oversee critical network projects that support our business operations.
As a key member of our IT leadership, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, ensure compliance with security protocols, and optimize network performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers to ensure project milestones are met and technical standards are upheld.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Oversee network security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protecting sensitive data.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks with minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular network audits, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to manage network hardware and software upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role (Team Lead or Engineering Manager) within a network engineering environment.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIP are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN) and security technologies (Firewalls, VPNs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
