Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the professional installation, configuration, and activation of broadband services at customer premises.
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting of connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, and network disruptions.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair of network infrastructure components to ensure optimal service uptime.
- Provide prompt and professional technical support to clients via phone, remote access, or on-site visits.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inventory usage, and customer interactions in the company database.
- Generate detailed technical reports and service tickets for management review and system performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated network incidents and infrastructure bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, field service, or network installation is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common broadband routing/switching hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for site-to-site travel within Johor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively under pressure.
- A proactive mindset focused on identifying root causes and delivering long-term network solutions.
