Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain WiFi networks and hardware equipment.
- Conduct site surveys and perform network mapping for optimal coverage.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware failures.
- Configure routers, switches, and access points (APs) according to client specifications.
- Perform regular network maintenance and perform upgrades when necessary.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network usage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Technician or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with wireless technologies, routers (Cisco, TP-Link, etc.), and TCP/IP protocols.
- Valid Driver’s License is required for field work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willing to travel within West Kalimantan region.
- Fluent in Indonesian and basic English communication skills.
