Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise-level voice and data network infrastructures.
- Manage and optimize VoIP systems, SIP trunking, and call routing policies to ensure high availability.
- Monitor network voice traffic and quality of service (QoS) to proactively address latency or jitter issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate voice solutions with existing network environments.
- Perform regular security audits and software updates on voice gateways and PBX systems.
- Troubleshoot complex voice-related incidents, providing Tier 2/3 technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Document network configurations, standard operating procedures, and disaster recovery plans for voice services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on Voice/VoIP technologies.
- Proven expertise in SIP, H.323, RTP, and QoS implementation in enterprise networks.
- Hands-on experience with major enterprise networking hardware (Cisco, Avaya, or similar voice infrastructure).
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN protocols, routing, and switching.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a hybrid team setting.
