Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets in the Thin Film and Vacuum Coating industry.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value leads specifically within the SSD, HDD, and MDS sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and engineering teams.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase advanced coating solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and sales quotas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the semiconductor or materials industry.
- Proven track record in selling Thin Film technology, Vacuum Coating equipment, or related services.
- Strong technical background or understanding of SSD, HDD, and MDS manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Valid work pass (EP/S Pass) for Singapore is mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to hunting for new business opportunities.
