Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of new telecom products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for product functionality, performance, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and marketing to define assurance criteria
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for product improvements
- Monitor product performance post-launch and implement corrective actions to address emerging issues
- Document assurance processes, test cases, and findings for future reference and compliance
- Stay updated with latest telecom technologies and assurance methodologies to enhance testing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product assurance, quality assurance, or similar telecom role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies including automated testing frameworks
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of telecom protocols, standards, and network architectures
- Experience with bug tracking systems and quality management software
- Certifications in software testing or telecom quality assurance (preferred)
