- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to production launch
- Design and develop prototypes using CAD/CAM tools and conduct rigorous testing
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify product opportunities
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure scalable production designs
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and product specifications
- Optimize product designs for cost-efficiency and performance
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for component sourcing and validation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or engineering design
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with prototyping and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
