What you'll do: Lead end-to-end product development cycles from ideation to commercialization, conduct feasibility studies for electrical systems, optimize PCB designs for performance and cost-effectiveness, and implement robust testing protocols. You'll analyze market trends to identify opportunities for technological advancement while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end new product development cycles for electrical systems and PCB designs
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for innovative solutions
- Design, prototype, and validate PCB layouts using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-efficiency
- Analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product specifications
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate product performance and reliability

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, specifically with PCB design
- Proficiency in CAD software (Altium Designer, Eagle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, component selection, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with prototyping, testing methodologies, and validation procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
