Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive product introduction plans and processes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
- Create detailed work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to establish production capabilities and capacity
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for product launches
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement
- Train production staff on new products and manufacturing processes
- Manage the transition of products from development to full-scale production
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product introduction or manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes
- Experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management abilities with experience in cross-functional teams
- Experience with robotics or automation industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
