Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end NPI processes from prototype to mass production
- Develop manufacturing processes, assembly procedures, and quality control protocols
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analyses
- Coordinate with R&D, procurement, and production teams for seamless product transitions
- Manage project timelines, resources, and cost optimization
- Implement test procedures and validation protocols for new products
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements
- Document technical specifications and production guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of NPI, manufacturing engineering, or product development experience
- Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and project management tools
- Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, and statistical process control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO 9001, RoHS, REACH) preferred
