Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end NPI initiatives for surface treatment processes including plating, cleaning, and coating technologies
- Manage Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews to ensure producibility and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee technology transfer from R&D to mass production with rigorous validation protocols
- Drive continuous improvement in surface treatment processes through data-driven optimization
- Implement robust quality control systems and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical bottlenecks
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for manufacturing teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI or process engineering within manufacturing
- Expertise in surface treatment processes (electroplating, chemical cleaning, anodizing)
- Strong knowledge of DFM principles and manufacturing process optimization
- Proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and statistical process control
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and documentation
