Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end NPI execution, ensuring all project milestones are achieved for a seamless transition to high-volume manufacturing.
- Drive 'first-time-right' build strategies by collaborating with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Establish and oversee safe launch protocols, monitoring initial production runs for quality and performance stability.
- Analyze and optimize production yields and cycle times through data-driven technical interventions and process refinements.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to meet delivery schedules.
- Manage cost targets by identifying efficiency opportunities during the product ramp-up phase.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting expertise for complex manufacturing issues during the NPI phase.
- Report on project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in NPI, Process, or Product Engineering.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor assembly, test processes, and quality standards (IATF 16949).
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on yield and cost optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
