Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions leveraging the NICE CXone AI platform.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer interaction data to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
- Configure and fine-tune AI models, including natural language processing (NLP), speech analytics, and intelligent routing, within the NICE CXone environment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, performance, and accuracy of AI implementations.
- Provide expert consultancy, technical guidance, and best practices to project teams and clients on NICE CXone AI capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI platform functionality and integration.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, evaluating their potential application within TTEC's offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in AI/ML development, software consulting, or contact center technology.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with the NICE CXone platform, specifically its AI capabilities (e.g., CXone Expert, SmartAssist, Enlighten AI).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning concepts, and conversational AI design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Certification in NICE CXone or relevant AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.
