Are you an accounting professional looking to bridge the gap between Indonesian expertise and US-based financial operations? PT. Lareia Food Indonesia is expanding its specialized accounting and tax division and is currently seeking a detail-oriented Night Accountant to join our high-performing team in Surabaya.
In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial reporting and tax compliance for our international clients located in the United States. Due to the time zone difference, this position requires working night shifts to ensure real-time collaboration and seamless financial processing. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial statements and bank transactions for US-based clients.
- Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and Indonesian financial reporting standards.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.
- Communicate effectively with US clients to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights.
- Maintain high accuracy levels while working during night shift hours.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and optimize tax planning strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Advanced command of written and spoken English, as you will interact with US clients.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and US taxation standards is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex calculations and large data sets.
- Must be comfortable working a night shift schedule.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict international deadlines.
