Your primary focus will be managing the front desk operations, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and executing crucial financial closeout procedures. You will be responsible for balancing accounts, preparing daily reports, and ensuring the security of the property. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front desk operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Perform comprehensive night audit duties, including balancing accounts, processing payments, and reconciling financial records.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor security systems and access control to ensure the safety of guests and the property.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily operational reports to management.
- Utilize hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) for data entry and reporting.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for early morning guests.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with PMS software.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
