Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise all overnight hotel operations including front desk, security, and maintenance teams
  • Manage guest check-in/check-out processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with immediate attention
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering departments for service delivery
  • Conduct security patrols and implement emergency response protocols
  • Prepare detailed shift reports and incident documentation
  • Mentor and motivate night staff to maintain service standards
  • Ensure compliance with Accor's brand standards and local regulations

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years in hospitality management with night shift experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Knowledge of hotel operations software (Opera/PMS preferred)
  • First Aid and safety certification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
