Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Sunny Family is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Night Receptionist to join our team in the heart of Badung, Bali. As the primary point of contact for our guests during the night shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and safe environment for all our visitors.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a warm and professional greeting for all guests.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including managing late-night arrivals.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage guest folios, and process payments securely.
  • Perform daily night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and system reconciliation.
  • Monitor security protocols and maintain a safe, tranquil environment throughout the night.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Prepare daily shift reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (PMS) is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive, and friendly attitude at all times.
