As the primary point of contact for our guests during the night shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and safe environment for all our visitors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a warm and professional greeting for all guests.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including managing late-night arrivals.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain accurate records, manage guest folios, and process payments securely.
- Perform daily night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and system reconciliation.
- Monitor security protocols and maintain a safe, tranquil environment throughout the night.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Prepare daily shift reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software (PMS) is highly desirable.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal); proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- A positive, proactive, and friendly attitude at all times.
