Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? PT Bali Dream House Management is seeking a dedicated and professional Night Receptionist to join our front-of-house team in Bali. In this critical overnight role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their safety, comfort, and seamless experience throughout the night.

As our Night Receptionist, you will take ownership of the lobby during quiet hours, performing essential audit procedures, managing late arrivals, and maintaining the high standard of service that our brand is known for. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the hotel front desk operations during overnight shifts, providing a welcoming environment for late-check-ins and walk-ins.
  • Perform daily night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and balance daily revenue.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, acting as the main point of escalation overnight.
  • Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams to ensure the property remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare daily management reports and ensure all front office documentation is complete and organized.
  • Assist in preparing for the following day's arrivals by pre-blocking rooms and verifying reservation details.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations or night reception roles is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) or similar hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with international guests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, specifically in data entry and financial auditing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A professional, polished appearance and a genuinely friendly demeanor.
