Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises and surroundings during overnight hours to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Conduct regular patrols of office buildings, parking areas, and other designated zones
- Operate security systems including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control equipment
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Control access to the premises, verifying credentials of individuals entering or leaving
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when necessary
- Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed consistently
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred
- Previous experience in security or a related field is advantageous
- Valid security guard license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain alert and make sound judgments during overnight shifts
- Good physical condition capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly
