- Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently during night shift
- Maintain strict quality control standards and safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting
- Document production logs and report operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition of operations
- Ensure work area complies with 5S and cleanliness standards
- Support inventory management and material handling processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in manufacturing or logistics operations preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during entire shift
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts if required
